Four ways in, and you can use all four. Sync runs one-way or two-way, on a schedule or on demand, and nothing has to be reorganized first.

Your files stop being a folder tree your agent has to guess at, and start being something it can read, cite, and pull data out of.

The agent gets connected
The lead consultant adds Fastio to the assistant she already works in. Her two colleagues do the same in their own clients.
The client folder comes in
Two years of the client's contracts and board minutes transfer over from their cloud storage, folders intact. A few scanned PDFs go up from a laptop.
The questions get answered
Diligence starts. The team asks in plain language and reads answers that point back at the exact documents.
Which of this client's customer contracts renew automatically next year, and who signed them?
Four contracts renew automatically in 2027. Three were signed by the client's COO, and one by a regional director whose signing authority is capped below the contract value.
